During the working visit of Director General of JSC MRSC Center in Kostroma hosted a working meeting with the governor Yevgeny Makarov, Igor Slyunyaevym Kostroma region, the company reported.
The parties discussed the development of mutually beneficial relations administration of the Kostroma region, and OAO Center IDC and the actual functioning of the power grid of the complex issues of the region. One of the priority areas of cooperation are defined to ensure a reliable power supply to consumers and strengthening economic and investment potential of the Kostroma region.
The meeting also discussed the need to move a branch of JSC MRSC Center - Kostromaenergo on tariff regulation for services on the transmission of electrical energy using the method of return on invested capital (RAB). In this context, the branch of JSC MRSC Center - Kostromaenergo tasked to develop a long term investment program in the region to assess the value of the original base of invested capital and to prepare the necessary calculation of gross revenue for the period 2010-2014.
MRSK Center and administration of the Kostroma region agreed to collaborate in the integration sites of the regional power grid assets in a single grid complex and examined the basic conditions and mechanisms for implementing this process. Branch interregional distribution grid companies of the Center in 2010 to take part in the bidding for the purchase of electric networks of municipalities. Administration of the Kostroma region, in turn, will assist in preparing the necessary legal documentation for purchased power networks and the bidding process, as well as fully fund the municipalities for completion of municipal contracts entered into an emergency and recovery operations.
