The three largest energy companies of Sverdlovsk Region have signed a document that regulate their interaction with the accession to the consumer electrical networks.
Rules signed by the Deputy Director General of OAO Urals IDC to implement the service Sergey Zolotarev, director of EESK Alexander Semerikov, and Director of OAO SO UES Sverdlovsk RDU Artiom Bartenev.
The document will allow utilities to better structure the work on the technical conditions necessary for connecting consumers. Companies will also be more closely monitor the increase in workload in some energouzlah accession neighborhoods, businesses, socially significant objects and other users of electric networks. All of this and to favorably influence the procedure of connection of new consumers, and ensuring the reliability of electricity are already existing.
In addition, the regulations will allow more accurate forecasting of electric energy consumption in the problem areas of power systems and to develop activities for the lifting of restrictions on the production of consumers' adherence to electrical networks.
Document prepared in accordance with the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 № 861 for the purpose of coordination of a branch of OAO SO UES Sverdlovsk RDU and network organizations in the implementation process of accession energoprinimayuschih devices (power plants) to electrical networks in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region.
Rules establish the procedure and timing of, review, coordination and approval documents for the accession process energoprinimayuschih devices. It sets out the grounds for refusal to harmonize the documentation for the accession process, as well as the procedures and time frames for resolving differences that arise in the process of interaction between the parties.
