Group of Companies “Dixy” announces the results of placement of ordinary registered non of “GAZ Group” additional issue.

The company posted 26 million additional ordinary shares of nominal value of 0.01 rubles each, of which 17 264 142 shares were placed on the priority right to existing shareholders and 8 735 858 shares were placed on open subscription. Total as a result of accommodating the company has received 1 435 325 757 rubles (52 million U.S. dollars).

Company DIXY Holding Limited (100% owned DIXY Retail Limited, which owns 100% of CJSC “Trading Company Megapolis” group company “Mercury”) dokupila in preference to 13 248 806 shares and retained its share of the company at 50.96%.

The company plans to use money earned from accommodation to finance the development plan and for other corporate purposes. The company notified the Federal Financial Markets Service Russia on the outcome of the additional issue of shares on 28 November 2008. At the moment the charter capital of the company consists of 86 000 000 ordinary shares.

As a result of participation in hosting members of the board of directors and managers of their shares in the capital on 27.11.2008 was:

Klyuchnikov Vitaly Yu (President) - 0.02% (18 200 shares), Rybasov Fyodor Ivanovich (Vice President) - 0.04% (34 966 shares), Berzin Toms Bērziņš (Member of the Board of Directors, Vice-President ) - 0.58% (500 000 shares), Valery Bubnov S. (Member of the Board of Directors, Vice-President) - 0.6% (520 000 shares).
