What is strange, because, for example, in 2011, is the smallest number of graduates in Ukraine's history - only235 thousand, and in 2012, in connection with the transition to 12-year-old system of training, graduates do not. But in 2013 there will be 427 thousand. In subsequent years, no figures.

But you have to understand that then they will do those born during the second half of the 90 - time of greatest fertility decline. And universities may well raise the question of reducing the number of budget places, so as not to lose revenue from commercial sites. Also, it is worth noting that already this year the number of budget places in higher education would decrease.
