Recall, according to the Cabinet of Ministers number 38 dated 20 January 1997, the category of paid educational services include, inter alia, training of students, postgraduates and doctoral students in excess of the state order, a second higher education, postgraduate education in excess of state orders, training of students of preparatory offices; re-examination of contributions of individual students, subjects and courses to follow-up exam. The students themselves can choose the university, which, in their view, the price matches the quality of services, - said Klukowski.
