Tymoshenko does not regret that at the beginning of the crisis did not listen to some of the advice of economic experts

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko does not regret that at the beginning of the crisis did not heed the advice of some economic experts. She said this at today's celebration of the Miner's Day in Sverdlovsk, Luhansk region.

We did not listen, let me forgive all analysts and financiers are talented, we did not listen to any advice, because these tips were very categorical, - said Tymoshenko.

She noted that first of all, the council severely cut all social spending budget and do not purchase from enterprise products, which dropped the demand.

In other words, we had to cut jobs, the working week in the coal sector and reduce the people … In addition, we advise to use this time of crisis in order to simply close all mines that are in pre-crisis time, did not pay. But no not give the answer to one question: after such a shocking anti-crisis program, first of all, where is (coal - Ed.) industry? Secondly, where will the people and their families? - Said Tymoshenko.

According to her, to date, time showed that the coal industry is still developing successfully and the volume of coal production in Ukraine three times higher than in Russia.

Y. Tymoshenko stressed that it was very difficult to work in the beginning of this year, as the government remained practically without the Minister of Finance and the state budget for 2009 was also adopted without Viktor Pynzenyk.

We have a budget, in fact, without the Ministry of Finance, because the top management of the Ministry of Finance just scared of the crisis and start to engage more panic than real action in the ministry, and I as Prime Minister was left without MOF alone (with the crisis - Ed .) , - said Tymoshenko.

February 12, 2009 pp. V. Pynzenyk wrote an application to dismiss the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. February 17 BP liberated V. Pynzenyk of the Minister of Finance.

March 1 V. Pinzenyk said resigned as finance minister because of the unprofessional developed by the state budget for 2009.
