State Administration of Railway Transport of Ukraine ( Ukrzaliznytsya) plans until October 20 to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft program of reforming the industry.
Today perfected the draft program of railway reform. There is an assignment of the Cabinet of Ministers of relevant ministries and agencies to review and harmonization in order before October 20, as determined by presidential decree, this program was submitted to the Government, - said Head of Development and Technical Policy of the Ukrainian Railway Arlikin Zubko at a press conference on Thursday.
According to him, the first stage of reform will be the establishment of associations of railways and other enterprises in the industry in the form of public concern.
He did not rule out that the reform process of the units can be removed from the railroads.
