She also reported on the government's intention to finally approve the draft budget for 2010 before submitting it to the Verkhovna Rada at the extraordinary meeting of the government on September 14. At the same time the head of government believes that developed by the Cabinet a draft budget-2010 or will be adopted very hard, or not be adopted at all.
